Today isn't Tuesday, oops! I planned on sending this to you yesterday, but life does what it does best and ran away with it. Bear with me as I catch my rhythm here >.< 🫶
I know it's getting warmer this week but its not hot enough for people to be driving like the Knight Bus on Washington Street just yet. Or is it that time already?

Anyway, onto the issue.

Every couple of years you need to get your car smogged. It's one of those things you just need to get done. You want to get in, (pass), and go on with the rest of your day. The process isn't exactly something you look forward to. But somehow, Ricardo has made it effortless and surprisingly enjoyable at the same time.
I needed to get my car smogged on Monday and I remember seeing Ricardo two years ago and how easy he made everything. I was in at 12:19pm, out by 12:36pm. 17 minutes later, I was all set and ready to go.
Okay tbh, I actually left about 30 minutes later because we ended up yapping.

1/2sies Co. just opened their doors this past week and you have to try e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. These doughnuts are sooo good. (i’m already on my second box).
But their ice cream…next level.
Hands down favorites (so far): triple chocolate doughnut + cereal milk ice cream.

Say hi to Danielle at 50921 Washington St., Suite C-1, La Quinta, CA 92253
Danielle (the owner) has put a lot of thought and attention to detail in what she's built. I hope 1/2sies Co. becomes a staple in La Quinta, and the desert.
Do they serve coffee? Yes, hot coffee.
Do they have one of the best bathrooms in the desert? Definitely.
